I agree. 1.015 has been one of the longest-lived releases, ever. No other 
version has ever been so extensively tested. I think 1.010 was chosen fairly 
arbitrarily - but you have to start somewhere. 1.015/1.016 is superior to it in 
all respects.
I'd like to see a DStress result for it, though.

 You're right, I'll fix it to be 1.016.


The 'beta compiler' link on both 1.0 and 2.0 changelog pages, and on 
http://www.digitalmars.com/d/dcompiler.html all point the same file.  Is 
that intentional?  I haven't checked which version it actually is, but 
it's this link:
