c++.beta - initial SMAKE support

I just uploaded changes for supporting SMAKE in building wxWidgets 
(http://wxwindows.sf.net/) with Bakefiles (http://bakefile.sf.net/)
into their patch managers. This is initiall version of this support so I 
would appreciate if persons interested in such support could inependantly 
test it (it works for me). Thanks in advance,

Note that using smake would restrict users to the CD version of the
compiler. make.exe comes with the free one.

Note that support for make.exe is in bakefiles since months :-)))
Support for smake.exe is a bonus from me because I like DMC.
And I also have in todo to try automated generation of project files for 
your IDE if you only could publish their internal format specs.

Thanks for setting me straight!

There unfortunately is no spec for it.
