I can't get a program to run using XP.  Could someone send me a 5
line sample "Hello World" program with instruction re: flags, etc.

I can create the xyz.exe file but everytime I click on it, it
says "xyz has encountered an unexpected problem" I know I've
encountered a kindergarden problem but find no sample
documentation for help.
