c++.windows.32-bits - OpenSSL / unresolved external __aulldvrm

What are things like __ftol2, __aulldvrm, __ulldvrm, ...

Those are probably part of the internal runtime library for the compiler 
used to generate that library. That means it won't work with dmc++.
