Can the GDI+ libraries be linked with DMC?  

If so I'd prefer to keep it in its own directory /gdiplus/lib and /include and
/dll rather than add them to dm/lib etc. So what would be the command line
syntax to compile and link?

What format are they in? DMC can link OMF-32 format libraries.

Use the LIB environment variable to specify paths to search for .lib files.
