c++.windows.16-bits - Looking for 16-bit libs and headers

Hi All,

New to the group. I was wondering if anybody has an idea where one
could download the 16-bit lib and headers for Windows 3.x? I'm trying
to create my own VBXs, and I have no 16-bit compiler to do it. (Hey, I
can't afford $600 to get a more modern version of VB than 3.0!) I just
downloaded DM from the site, but all it had was the Win32s with it, not
the 16 bit. Any help would be appreciated.

            Thanks in advance,

The 16 bit Windows tools are on the CD version, which is available from:

It's only a small fraction of $600 <g>.
