I have no idea... The CD-ROM should come with an Examples or Samples directory which also should contain examples/tutorials for MFC... Thanks for mention of my book, but I have to say that it is hard to find because ITCP decided not to reprint it...and dropped the title. I'm looking now to find a way to post the book's contents on the DigitalMars site. A few copies are available from various booksellers, but I can't tell you which ones. I always welcome more and better documentation! The trouble with MFC is, I am not an expert at using it, so any documentation I wrote about it would likely be inadequate.
