c++.mfc - MFC Class Libraries setup

Hi, i'm posting this again, because my first seems to have been lost...

Sorry for the perhaps stupid question.

From the web site I understand that if i buy the cd, I will get
MFC4.2 for win32 and MFC 2.53 for win16 with source, headers and libraries.

Does this mean that these will be installed automatically if i want it using the
setup from cd? (I mean: nothing to download from microsoft, no Makefiles to
edit, no Patches to retrieve and to apply...)

Can you please confirm me that?
