As side note, our extremely security concerned interns noticed that in 
the web page http://www.digitalmars.com/download/freecompiler.html the 
sizes of http://ftp.digitalmars.com/Digital_Mars_C++/Patch/cd849.zip, 
http://ftp.digitalmars.com/Digital_Mars_C++/Patch/cd848.zip, have sizes 
which don't match the actual sizes of the zip files.

Does this mean the default will be increased to -HP99 - that would be great
