Hello Why isn't the compiler cd available at amazon or other online traders. I'm interested in getting the cd, but i don't have a credit card, so it's not possible for me to order one. advance Stephan

Good question. I mailed Jeff Bezos a CD with a suggestion they add it to their lineup, but so far, he hasn't replied.I'm interested in getting the cd, but i don't have a credit card, so it's not possible for me to order one.
