c++ - Anybody knows of the whereabouts of Christof Meerwald?

authorizing Boost Software to use his diff;  but I haven't heard from him yet.

I have replied to your mail about one hour ago...

BTW, I have also updated http://cmeerw.org/prog/dm/boost.html to include to
proposed license statement.
