Today, on the ftp server there is a dm826c.zip file with a date of 10/05/02 08:22, that is more recent than the dm827c.zip dated 26/03/02 22:07 .... ??? What is it ? File name error ? copy of the 827 ? Jean-Pierre

It's an exact copy of the dm827c.zip file. The reason is because many web sites that point to the 826 file do not respond to my emails that the compiler has been updated. "Jean-Pierre H. I tried to anonymously ftp: ftp://ftp.digitalmars.com and all I see is dmc.zip Are you looking at a different ftp server ???
