D.gnu - Inline assembler function call bug?

↑ ↓ ← Marcio <m.faustino gmail.com> writes:
Compiling the following code:

//-----------------------------------------------
void main() {
  asm {
    call f;
  }
}

void f() {}
//-----------------------------------------------

with gdc (gcc version 4.0.3 (gdc 0.19, using dmd 0.162)), makes the compiler
generate a segmentation fault:
"internal compiler error: Segmentation fault"

Is this a bug or not?

Every segmentation fault of the compiler is a bug. Please file a bug report: http://d.puremagic.com/issues/ Thomas -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iD8DBQFE60rELK5blCcjpWoRAoEBAJ4iEW3qvvdA3jvEFgicVH5ea2jOFwCfZ1CT HOBgAAuhB78WpvTPI0GX2/g= =ASFY -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
