D - D plugin for Eclipse

I'm prefer Eclipse as development IDE and use CDT plugin for project
management, and Colorer for syntax highlight, because
I don't find D plugin for it.

I think it be good to add D functionality to CDT, or create special plugin
for D.

You might be in luck. According to D/18602: Andy Friesen (http://ikagames.com/andy/d/) has already created a plugin for Eclipse. D Editor Support: http://www.wikiservice.at/d/wiki.cgi?EditorSupport -- Justin http://jcc_7.tripod.com/d/
