D - D edit and TAB ('\t')

By the way Dedit has made uge progress and is much more pleasant to use by

I lied.  It was too long between releases and I forgot all about it.

I've updated the zip files with what should be adequate; you can 
configure tab parameters in Tools/Options for each syntax highlighter, 
or fall back on the default.  I put in an incomplete makefile 
highlighter that uses tabs by default.

Thanks.  If you need anything, let me know and I'll put it in the TODO 
rather than pretending I can remember it.
