Dear Digital Mars C++ user,

again a couple of changes have been made to the web site.
All the Digital Mars C++ stuff has been moved to the site where
it belongs... i.e. http://www.digitalmars.com/ The links on
http://www.smartsoft.cc/ now bring up the pages on
http://www.digitalmars.com/

The CVS server also relocated to cvs.digitalmars.com. (For those
maintaining STL)

Last, a couple of newsgroups have been added:
c++.stl
c++.stl.hp
c++.stl.sgi
c++.stl.port
c++.rtl
c++.command-line
c++.idde

I hope you all do agree with the subdivision. If any of you have
any questions or think a certain newsgroup should be added let
me know.
